I have been playing netball for almost 20 years, starting at local league level and progressing to play for my county under 21's team at the age of 16.

I have also represented my county at senior level and currently play in Lawn's Regional 1 league in the positions of Centre and Wing Attack.

...and to think I wasn't sure whether I wanted to play competitive netball or not when I joined the club!!!  Who'd have thunk I would be in the RL2 team?  Am so pleased to be part of the defensive trio for this team and looking forward to a great season.  Yeah baby!!!

I played netball from the age of 12, initially in Colchester Essex for Club & East Essex County where we won the Intercounties U21 Tournament in 1989, I decided once at senior level to concentrate more on Basketball, playing National League but did continue to play club level netball in both Colchester & Chelmsford. In 1999 I moved to Swindon which completely changed my netball career, initially I played at Pinehurst & for Wiltshire, then moved onto play for Hucclecote & Gloucestershire where I played Div 1 National League for Club & won Senior Inter Counties Tournament for County, playing alongside England players Pamela Cookey, Geva Mentor, Ama Agbeze & Jess Garland. In the past 4 seasons I have moved back to Swindon club Lawn where I have played both lower divisional National League & RL1. I was also lucky enough to be selected for Super League Team Celtic Dragons in season 07/08 where l became the oldest Super League player at the age of 39!!!
Unfortunatley due to worn out knees and told to give up I have retired but on the positive side I have moved into coaching Lanws Premier 3 team. Exciting times!!!!
I also sit as an Executive Director on the Netball South West Regional Board, working on the Communications & Media working group on Wiltshire's commitee as our Regional representative and last year was appointed Wiltshire County Head Scout working aong side al the other Regional Scouts.

I have played for Lawn since I was 7 years old. This is going to be my second season playing for RL1. I have attended High Performance Centres in both Gloucester and Bath for the last 4 years and have been selected for Bath’s Centre again this season.  I played for Team Bath Under 19’s NTL Squad (National Talent League) last season and have been selected for this years team also.  I have had a great opportunity to meet and play with some amazing players and develop loads as a player myself!

My playing positions are C, WA and WD.

In September I started at New College where I’m taking my A levels and have joined the New College netball squad as well!

When I’m not playing, I like shopping, going out with friends and chocolate!! Haha!

I started lawn when I was 7 years old and have been at the club ever since. I now play for the D Team in the swindon league and I am happy to be captain of a very skillful team. As well as playing for lawn and my school I also attend the Gloucester Regional Extension Centre, which I have now been at for 2 seasons. 

My positions are C & WA.

When I am not playing netball I compete and train for swindon triathlon club. I also have just passed my beginners award for umpiring and I am looking forward to progressing. I am looking forward to a successful season:)x

This is going to be my third season at Lawn and my first playing for RL1. I moved here after playing for teams in the West Midlands and then subsequently the Wiltshire Leagues. Having played West Midlands County level netball and attending England Development Trials in the past, after a long break from the sport, I am now back playing some of the best netball I have in years and with a great team.

My playing positions are GD and GK.

This season will see a new team playing for Lawn RL1 and I am really excited about our upcoming prospects. When I'm not playing netball I am competing in Triathlons and put in the occasional appearance at work.
